Program

One program, run with discipline.

Three evenings a week. Nine clinical hours. Ten to twelve clients in the room. Everything we do at launch points at one outcome: a working adult who keeps their job, their family, and their footing — sober.

Flagship · ASAM Level 2.1

Adult Evening Intensive Outpatient Program

The Adult Evening IOP is our launch service. It is built for adults who work, who parent, who have a court date, or who simply have a life they cannot disappear from to do this work. Three nights a week, three hours a night, for roughly twelve weeks — with attention to where each individual person actually is.

Three nights, three themes

What the program includes

  • Group counseling. The core of the program — three structured evenings each week.
  • Individual counseling. One-on-one work with your primary counselor.
  • Psychoeducation. Plain-English teaching on substance use, the brain, and recovery.
  • Relapse prevention. Personal trigger maps, refusal scripts, the 24-hour rule.
  • Family involvement. Built into the program — not billed as a separate track.
  • Discharge planning. Built from week one — what your life looks like after.
  • Continuing-care referrals. Warm handoffs to alumni and community recovery groups.

Co-occurring support, integrated.

Anger, anxiety, family systems, trauma-informed skills, and accountability are woven into the IOP curriculum — not billed as separate tracks. The work addresses the whole person.

What we don’t do (at launch)

The honest list.

If any of these is what you need, we will help you find the right provider. That is part of the call.

Detoxification

We coordinate with a partnered detox provider when you need it. We do not run a detox unit ourselves.

Opioid treatment programs (OTP)

No methadone maintenance, no on-site MAT dosing. Referred out.

Residential treatment

We are outpatient by design. If you need residential, we will help you find it.

Adolescent services

Adults only at launch. We refer adolescents to providers built for them.

Partial hospitalization (PHP)

A higher level of care than we offer at launch. Referred out.
